Day in the life of a Client Service Representative
The typical day for a Client Service Representative is centered around client related tasks. Along with working on the behalf of our clients with insurance carriers on all day-to-day activities, CSR’s also assist in helping clients stay in compliance with their credit insurance policies. They also work in tandem with our sales agents to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their credit insurance policy.

While the specific tasks can change given the day, a Sales Agent’s day is centered around ensuring the ongoing success of our existing clients. This can sometimes include uncovering unmet needs for potential clients as well. A Sales Agents responsibilities include:

Each year we participate in the Adopt a Family program in which we partner with a local elementary school to donate supplies to a family or two during the holiday season. From the family’s wish list, our organization and its generous employees purchase items that bring both help and hope to those underprivileged and in need. In the past, we have donated toys, clothing, kitchen supplies, grocery & gas gift cards, and much more.
We have also partnered with the same elementary school to help provide our little friends and their staff members with school supplies. For the 2023-24 school year a highlight of what our company and team members collectively furnished includes: 80 boxes of colored pencils, crayons, and markers, almost 200 glue sticks and bottles of Elmers School Glue, hundreds of pens and Sharpies, 500+ sharpened pencils, and a lot of love!
